A good report saves you the most expensive thing: your time
Researching a company in depth takes hours: finding the right accounts, reading the annual reports, comparing competitors, separating headline from fact. A good report does not think for you — it hands you that work already done, with sources and dates, so your time goes to deciding, not to digging.
3–6 h
per company researched
- Finding the right sources: accounts, filings, competitors.
- Reading results and separating fact from story.
- Writing the arguments for and against.
- And still: without knowing what you left out.
10–15 min
of structured reading
- Data with date and source, already checked.
- Bull case and bear case on the same page.
- Risks and missing data, stated explicitly.
- You decide what to verify in depth.
The rough maths: if researching each company costs you about 4 hours, 20 reports a month could help you organise up to 40 hours of research for the proposed price of €19.90. The real time depends on what you need to verify and the decision is still yours.
The hours are rough estimates of manual analysis work; your real pace may vary. Investing in securities involves risk of loss and this time saving guarantees no returns.
